John was such a great realtor for us as first time home buyers. He talked us through the entire process, from the moment we were considering him as a realtor to our final closing day. We were very nervous about the prospect of buying a house, especially given the current climate, and he was extremely understanding of our concerns. He was available, upfront, and gave us a lot of helpful perspective as we looked at houses. John also helped connect us with resources we never knew existed (such as a local lender who made the process much smoother than if we had gone with the 'big box' lender we were originally considering). He communciated with us constantly the entire time, which was hugely valuable as first time home buyers. I would highly recommend John to anyone who wants a straightforward, trustworthy realtor that will guide them through the homebuying process!!

I have been involved with about a dozen realestate transactions in my life and i am pleased to say that dealing with John has been the best expierennce i have ever had. this was a long distance event with time zone differences but his attention to the deal was never compromised. He thourghly know his business and was always a step ahead of everyone involved. i was sceptable that the transaction could be done on the initially proposed but he pulled it off without a hickup. most importantly i felt he was 100% on my side and was looking out expictly for my best interest. dont ever let him go. additionally, most every person he chose to involve in the deal was top notch.

I couldn’t be any happier to work with John,He is very passionate at his job. John is always there when you need him, and always willing to help you and answer any questions you may have. I have worked with three different agents in the pass, and I feel like they were just trying to get a commission.That is why I didn’t want to work with them again. When I start working with John he exceeded all my expectations. Thank you John for your help I’m very thankful. I will definitely work with you again in my next purchase.
